René Küng
1934 — Born June 2 in Allschwil, Switzerland.
1949–1953 — Art school in Basel and apprenticeship as a stonemason.
1964–1968 — Teaching sculpture at the art school in Basel.
Since 1963 he participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, art fairs, commissioned works and sculptures in public and private spaces around the world.
2008 — Hommage to Aphrodite, Moutsounas, Naxos. 2009 — Aphrodite of Naxos, Azalàs, Naxos.
